- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 09, 2019, by Donielle DavisI went to buy a phone and revise my bill. I went from 15 GBs to 6 and my bill went up from 163 to 175. Was told that the bill would decrease. Asked for manager and was then told that a new plan was available for unlimited that would be cheaper so I selected it. Bill is now 207!!! For two lines? Feel really disgusted. Will pay off these two lines and leave AT&T immediately!!! Trashy customer service, and this place ruined 6 good years of service.
