Monday comes NO SHOE, he apologized and stated he would have the shoe the following week. Called back the following Tuesday, still NO SHOE!!!!!! Had to get a refund back and still NO SHOES!!!! They want you to pay in store and are lazy about picking up shoes from other stores if this is coming from management I can only imagine how he leads his team. SMH!!
